I forbindelse med lansering av boka “Governance in Russian Regions: A Policy Comparison” (Palgrave, 2018) retter vi i dette seminaret søkelyset mot stat- og sivilsamfunnsrelasjoner i dagens Russland. Vi viser hvordan lojale sivilsamfunnsorganisasjoner inngår i samspill med myndighetene i politikkutforming innenfor ulike politikkfelt. Det blir innlegg fra bokas forfattere, samt tid til spørsmål og kommentarer fra salen.
