Meditation is for everyone. In this public talk, Gen Kelsang Dragpa, the Principal Teacher of Nordisk Kadampa Meditasjonssenter in Oslo and NKT National Spiritual Director of the Nordic region (Norway/Sweden/Denmark/Finland/Iceland) will teach how meditation can fit into our modern lives. To make progress in meditation is not necessary to spend hours in meditation every day. We can experience the many benefits of meditation with a small amount of daily meditation and integrate this peaceful experience into our busy life. We can use meditation for every situation and transform our daily experiences into causes for inner peace and happiness. Gradually our whole day will be filled with a deep inner peace, contentment and happiness Whatever we are doing throughout the day, we can find a meditation to use in every situation and to transform every experience into a cause of happiness and peace of mind.
