Join us as Espira hosts a research seminar for the kindergarten sector. The seminar aims to create a platform for sharing Norwegian research on ECEC quality. This time, findings from the KUMBA project, now in its final phase, will be presented. Four researchers will share insights from the project. The project has evaluated and revised two existing tools: Espira BLIKK, developed to assess process quality in preschools, and the Well-being Monitor, a tool for systematic child-centered conversations.
Espira BLIKK is a tool developed by the kindergarten group Espira, to assess and improve pedagogical practices. The KUMBA project has examined whether the tool effectively assesses quality and how it can be further developed into a free resource available to all kindergartens in Norway. The findings from the project will be handed over to the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training, will be included in the basis for the Directorate's further work on quality assessment tools. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain updated knowledge on research in the ECEC field. Welcome!
